What facilities do we have? The house is set in lovely grounds in one of the most beautiful areas of Cornwall, the Lizard peninsula. There is an extensive woodland walk leading down to the Helford River. The managers and governors have a vision for the house and chapel to be used to bring renewal into the lives of individuals and to provide a family atmosphere where people can find love, care and Christian fellowship. Our facilities include family rooms, doubles en-suite, twin and single rooms accommodating a group of maximum 25. A chapel seating 100, a large drawing room with a library and sitting room with television and video. There is central heating in the main house and a log fire in the drawing room. We provide light breakfast and hearty evening meal; packed lunches can be made-up to order. All rooms have tea & coffee-making facilities, are adequately heated most have hand basins. Open parking is close proximity to the house. Out of consideration for other guests we regret no pets can be allowed and no smoking is permitted in the house. Walks in the woods and the use of the estate grounds are subject to the time of year and by arrangement |
