The population of the parish is 2,200, about half living in the village of Constantine itself, and the rest in other smaller villages or hamlets - Gweek, Seworgan, Brill, Port Navas, Budock Vean, Helford Passage - or on isolated farms. The present church was mainly built in the fifteenth century on the site of the previous Norman church, which replaced the earlier Celtic church on an ancient mound. There is an excellent church guide to the history and architecture of the church. Sunday services are 8 am Holy Communion (Prayer Book) and 10.30 am Holy Communion (Common Worship) with Sunday School, and a Family Service on the fourth Sunday of the month. There is a midweek communion service at 10 am every Thursday. There is a mixed choir of adults and children which practices on Tuesday evenings from 6.30 pm, and a team of ringers who practice on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 pm. Mothers and Toddlers meet in the Lower Vestry (by the Lych Gate) every Wednesday at 2 pm, and the young people of the Focus Too music group meet after school in the Bosahan Aisle (in church) every Wednesday at 4.30 pm There is a Ladies Fellowship meeting in the Lower Vestry after the midweek communion service on a Thursday morning, a Bible Study at Brill every Monday evening, a Bible Study at Gweek on the first Thursday evening of each month and an Emmaus group once a fortnight on a Wednesday morning. There is also a Mission Chapel in the parish at Gweek where services are held once a month.
